recent trends and market implications. For this edition, we cover: 1) weekly / 2Q26

to date RevPAR trends and our updated estimates for where 2Q26 Lodging C-Corps

domestic RevPAR is tracking, 2) May sports betting data, tracking operator OSB

GGR for the 2Q26 to date, and NY / WV weekly June datapoints, 3) May iCasino data

and tracking operator iCasino GGR for the 2Q26 to date, and 4) May Brick & Mortar

data and tracking the casino GGR versus our estimates. Plus more.

Portfolio Managers Summary:

RevPAR: U.S. RevPAR continues to be strong overall, led by Luxury RevPAR,

improving select service chain scales, and demand from the World Cup. Last week,

U.S. hotel RevPAR was up 9.7% Y/Y. Rates were up 8.4% Y/Y and occupancy was

up 1.2% Y/Y. Transient RevPAR was up 14.0% (occupancy +1.4%), while Group

RevPAR was up 16.4% (occupancy +5.4%). For the 2Q26 to date, we estimate,

RevPAR is up 6.0% for the U.S. Industry, +9.9% for Luxury, +5.5% for Upper

Upscale, +1.9% for Economy, and +6.2% for the Top 25 Markets.

Note, we have updated our trackers for the May International data, the implied June

International seasonality, and the most recent weekly domestic STR RevPAR. As a

result, we continue to estimate Lodging C-Corps 2Q26 system-wide RevPAR is

tracking above 2Q26 consensus forecasts as follows:
