Trade uncertainty remains prevalent in global trade, especially following the
recent Supreme Court ruling and the subsequent announcement from the
administration for new tariffs under Sec. 122 (see our macro team’s

medium-term impacts on global freight. First, given that trade uncertainty has
risen and the administration has not disclosed how it will proceed after the Sec.
