On the Launch Radar: Physician Insights on Jazz’s Ziihera in GEA – quotes & transcript

This slide here, slide 9, I'm almost finished here, is just market share projections for

Ziihera. When you get out to a year post launch, physicians are projecting about 45%.

Now, this is academic oncologists, largely in the survey, early adopters who know the

data, right? So this is going to skew more positive than the broader community, but we

wanted to use this as an early barometer, with all the caveats that come with that. And

physicians were projecting that Ziihera could garner a GEA of upwards to 60% peak

penetration.

In terms of how doctors and oncologists were viewing the profile of zanidatamab, pretty

positive. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best, a 4 on efficacy, and around a 3.5 on

safety tolerability. I think the biggest drawback is still the lack of longer term follow-up

data for the HERIZON-GEA. So we can talk to Dr. Uboha about what doctors might be

looking for in terms of longer term follow-up data.

And then lastly, just survey limitations. This survey is biased to oncologists who already

know the HERIZON-GEA results. It's under-indexed on the community oncology side, only

a third of respondents were community oncologists. And the size of the survey, it's 15

oncologists, designed for early directional input. Ziihera is not approved yet, hopefully by

the end of the summer approved, but product labeling could also impact how physicians

plan to use the drug.
