laparoscopic surgical robot, has received over 300 commercial orders worldwide

(c. 240+ from overseas, vs c.170 as of Mar 2026), with new orders secured in 1H26

already exceeding full year 2025 total (see Exhibit 1). The announcement also

highlighted an acceleration in order conversion, with Toumai’s first 100 orders taking

nearly 1,000 days, while the third set of 100 orders were achieved in just over 120

days, which the company attributed to improving product competitiveness, brand

recognition and overseas channel deployment. Toumai’s global rollout continued

to broaden, with commercial installations now spanning more than 60 countries

and regions. Since the beginning of 2026, Toumai has newly entered over ten

countries or markets, including Saudi Arabia and South Korea, and has obtained

market access in over 40 additional countries. Emerging markets continued to track

well, with cumulative orders exceeding 30 units in India and reaching nearly 20 units

each in Brazil and Argentina.
