Overall, we view the "Take Control" event positively, and while the near-term

financial impact is difficult to quantify, we think these new products and services

can significantly bolster Coinbase's competitive moat against both DeFi-focused

peers and traditional finance entrants, and diversify the revenue stream over time.

While we are not changing estimates with this report, we reiterate our Buy rating

and PT of $208.

Expanding the "Everything Exchange" with new assets and tools

• Tokenized stocks: Starting in July, Coinbase will introduce one-for-one

backed tokenized stocks for non-US users with actual stock ownership,
