Attractive entry point as rig scarcity builds Key figures & indices
Offshore drilling has entered 2026 with clear momentum, supported by accelerating
contracting activity, an elevated tender pipeline, renewed O&G-driven capital allocation and
a more consolidated industry structure. We prefer floater exposure, driven by high-end
utilization approaching sold-out levels, negligible supply risk and a visible path to higher
dayrates, leaving several of the companies in our coverage universe well-positioned for
further market tightening. In our large-cap Top Picks portfolio, we continue to highlight
Transocean and reintroduce Seadrill, both offering premium asset exposure and torque to
further market tightening. In small caps, Constellation remains our sector Top Pick, while

and shareholder distribution capacity.
