Monitor

Primary Issuance

Following the Global ABS conference last week, issuers have moved quickly to

market. Three transactions across ABS and RMBS are expected to price this week,

while a heavy pipeline of six additional deals is lined up for pricing next week,

highlighting a rapid acceleration in primary activity following the conference. We

expect this robust supply to continue building into next week, and a period of strong

issuance over the next few weeks is our base case.

So far this week, five CLOs have priced, comprising two refinancings, one reset, and

two new-issue transactions. The two refis achieved the tightest pricing at the top of

the stack, reflecting their shorter duration profiles, while investment-grade

mezzanine tranches priced broadly in line across all deals.
