presented at SGO 2026 showed that mo-rez monotherapy achieved a cORR of 62% (5.8 mg/

kg n=21/34; 95% CI: 44, 78) in PROC and 67% (4.8 mg/kg n=8/12; 95% CI: 35, 90) in recurrent

or advanced endometrial cancer. GSK is pursuing an aggressive development plan for mo-

rez with five Phase III trials starting in 2026: (1) BEHOLD-Ovarian01 for PROC; (2) BEHOLD-

Endometrial 01 in 2L endometrial cancer; (3) BEHOLD-Ovarian02 in platinum-sensitive ovarian

cancer; (4) BEHOLD-Ovarian03 for 1L maintenance for ovarian cancer without HRD; and (5)

BEHOLD-Endometrial02 in dMMR endometrial cancer.
