We forecast the injectable biologics tools market to grow at a 9.4% CAGR through the end of the decade, with global sales

expanding from roughly $42B in 2025 to $66B by 2030. Importantly, our work supports the conclusion that injectable-

focused tools companies are positioned to grow faster than volumes of the underlying biologics market alone, with a clear

path to low double-digit growth. This dynamic is already beginning to materialize, as highlighted in recent earnings, where

high-value and biologics-linked revenues across components, containment, and delivery are growing meaningfully above

baseline injectable growth.

The key driver is content expansion, not simple unit growth. As biologics migrate from intravenous to subcutaneous

delivery and move up the injectable format ladder, from traditional vials toward ready-to-fill systems, prefilled syringes,

auto-injectors, and on-body delivery platforms, dollar content per drug and per patient increases disproportionately.

Higher viscosity formulations, larger-volume subcutaneous dosing, device integration, and tighter contamination control

all increase the number, performance requirements, and qualification depth of containers, components, and delivery
