Environment

In terms of electricity usage for the REIT's portfolio, Lasalle Logiport REIT (LLR) aims

to ascertain usage data for all properties by 2030 and is monitoring monthly electricity

usage intensity based on floor space as a KPI. It monitors greenhouse gas emissions

from its portfolio in conjunction with electricity usage, using CO2 emissions by floor

space as a KPI. It aims to reduce the emissions rate by 50% by 2030 compared to

2019 levels. In 2024, it reduced its CO2 intensity by 35.2% (relative to 2019).

Moreover, to ensure the reliability of energy saving performance for owned properties,

it aims for a 100% environmental certification and evaluation acquisition rate. As of

end-March 2026, it had achieved a 100% acquisition rate for owned properties

excluding land with leasehold interest. Meanwhile, the REIT received a “B” score

under the CDP’s climate change program.

Social

LLR has created and distributed a sustainability guide focused on ESG for incoming

tenants. The REIT also has discussions with its tenants to improve and increase

awareness about its buildings’ sustainability. It contributes to local communities partly

by participating in local events and setting up open public spaces on its properties. It

also works to improve tenant safety and comfort by reducing risks related to safety

during disasters and improving tenant satisfaction.

For employees at the asset management company, LLR supports skill development

and growth throughout their entire career lifecycle, from the time they join the

company to becoming senior staff members. Specific initiatives include implementing

various training programs and conducting employee satisfaction surveys. In addition
