disclosure and change in management approach. We also note two additional

positives. First is the timing of disclosure. Rival Seino Holdings releases monthly

data at the end of the following month. If Fukuyama discloses its monthly data on a

timeline similar to today's release of May data, we think the release would be

viewed favorably in terms of timeliness. Second is the quality of the disclosure itself.

Monthly data disclosed by logistics companies under our coverage is typically

focused on volumes. In the current inflationary environment, we view unit price

trends as an important KPI. The fact that the two trucking specialists disclose both

volume and unit pricing data is positive in terms of disclosure quality. Our initial

impression of the May data released this time is also positive. We reconfirmed that
