With the AQVESME launch now underway in thalassemia, we hope to provide an updated Equity

perspective on real-world uptake, early physician and patient experience, and the United States

practical considerations shaping intended use. We are hosting a conference call with Dr. Biopharmaceuticals

Sujit Sheth, MD, Chief of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine and

Related ResearchNewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, who currently manages ~250 thalassemia patients.

We will discuss Dr. Sheth’s hands-on AQVESME experience (as an investigator on the Agios Pharmaceuticals: Tebapivat LR-MDS miss

ENERGIZE studies and in the commercial setting), including patient selection, response narrows AGIO focus to thal launch and SCD

expectations, monitoring logistics, and how REMS requirements are affecting treatment readouts
