Equity Analyst | Wells Fargo Securities, LLC
Zachary.Schechtman@wellsfargo.com | 212-214-8014
Multis line up: From our coverage, we'll host meetings and fireside discussions with MMM Judah Esses
(CEO/CFO), ALLE (CEO), CARR (CEO), CTRI (CEO/CFO), DOV (CFO), HUBB (CEO), IR Associate Equity Analyst | Wells Fargo Securities, LLC
(CFO), ROK (SVP, S&C), SPXC (CEO/CFO). Judah.E.Esses@wellsfargo.com
Conversations will span cyclical and thematic:
Short cycle: Pre-buy / stocking was an unknown coming out of a stronger than expected
Q1, and potentially driven by ME war uncertainty. So far, US short-cycle demand trends
remain strong. We'll look for color from MMM, DOV, IR and ROK.
Resi HVAC: As temps heat up and we get into cooling season, there will be a lot of focus
on CARR demand trends, as well recent tariff developments.
Data center: Exposure varies across the group, but most focus will be on thermal
management and power, with insights from CARR, CTRI, HUBB and SPXC.
Nonres: Any non-data center Nonres seems to be non-loved. We'll look for color on labor
constraints and rising rate overhangs, and whether institutional and some industrial
markets can power through the current challenged backdrop, with focus on ALLE, CARR,
HUBB and SPXC.
