within an Enterprise. Product momentum also broadened, with Box Agent and Box

Automate now generally available, Box Extract continuing to drive metadata

automation, and management noting AI units and APIs are already contributing

revenue. On the back of Q1, management raised FY27 revenue guidance by ~$5M to

$1.280B (or $8.5 million in constant currency), larger than the ~$2M Q1 revenue

beat versus guidance. FY27 revenue guidance now calls for 9% YoY growth, or 10%

in constant currency.

What to Do With the Stock? FX + Conservatism Limit Positive Estimate Revisions

– This Creates an Attractive Setup for the Rest of the Year Given Fundamental

Momentum. FY27 revenue guidance now embeds a 90 bps headwind, 30 bps more

headwind vs. prior expectations. FY27 billings growth guidance for roughly in line

growth with revenue growth, now includes a 150 bps FX headwind, 50 bps higher

than prior expectations. Operating margin guidance was unchanged at 28% (now

with a 70 bps FX headwind, 20 bps more than prior) and EPS of $1.56 was raised

only $0.01 from $1.55 prior, despite a $0.06 constant currency increase. This

incremental FX headwind, coupled with continued prudence / conservatism through

the rest of the year limits positive estimate revisions coming out of Q1. Net, Q1

strengthens confidence in the potential adoption and economic benefit of Enterprise

Advanced for Box, but estimates mostly unchanged makes Q1 a strong set of
