Management says the Spotify partnership is a key strategic initiative to broaden

Peloton’s reach and enhance brand accessibility. The partnership significantly expands

Peloton’s global footprint, enabling access to hundreds of millions of users across most

markets where Spotify operates. This represents a meaningful increase in potential user

acquisition funnel compared to Peloton’s traditional hardware-led model.

The agreement is structured as a multi-year, high-margin content licensing deal,

incorporating both fixed and variable components. The variable element is tied to user

engagement, creating a mechanism for upside participation if usage scales as expected.

Importantly, the revenue contribution is highly accretive revenue stream: we estimate

revenue contribution in the $7-$13M range. Q4 will see an elevated revenue

contribution due to upfront delivery of content under the agreement. This initial spike
