Situation Overview

We believe that Solventum's spin-off from 3M, which has attracted the attention of activist

investor Trian Fund Management, represents a special situation that is primed with potential

financial engineering catalysts to unlock value along with the company’s long-term margin

our view, Trian's approximately 5% beneficial ownership stake in Solventum along with the
