MCP · Global investment research for AI agents
Find the research — and the evidence behind the answer.
ReportGem (报告驿站) is a global investment-research knowledge base exposed as a remote MCP server. Connect it to Claude, Cursor, Codex, VS Code, Kimi Code, WorkBuddy or any MCP client and ask research questions in natural language; answers come with page-cited source passages.

Connect
Endpoint
https://www.reportgem.com/mcp
Transport: Streamable HTTP (not SSE). Auth: OAuth 2.0 with dynamic client registration — the first tool call opens a browser login for your ReportGem account. initialize and tools/list work without login.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user reportgem https://www.reportgem.com/mcp
Run claude, type /mcp, pick reportgem and finish the browser login.
Codex CLI
codex mcp add reportgem --url https://www.reportgem.com/mcp
codex mcp login reportgem
Or add [mcp_servers.reportgem] with url = "https://www.reportgem.com/mcp" to ~/.codex/config.toml, then run the login command.
Claude (web and desktop)
Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it ReportGem, paste the endpoint, click Add, then Connect and approve on reportgem.com. Leave Client ID / Client Secret empty — the server supports automatic registration.
Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, Kimi Code, WorkBuddy and other clients
Merge this into the client's mcpServers configuration, keeping your other servers:
{
"mcpServers": {
"reportgem": {
"url": "https://www.reportgem.com/mcp"
}
}
}
- Kimi Code CLI:
/mcp-config→ addreportgemas an HTTP remote server (not SSE) →/mcp-config login reportgem→/mcpto check status. - WorkBuddy: Connectors → search "报告驿站" → Connect (a ready-made connector).
- Cline: see llms-install.md.
Use the /mcp endpoint only — never the website page URL. If a tool call returns 401, the OAuth login has not been completed yet.
Pricing
- New accounts get 10 free credits (≈ 100,000 returned tokens), valid 30 days. Sign up at reportgem.com (phone binding required), log in via OAuth and the credits are there.
- You pay only for delivered research text: passage excerpts, chart captions, table text and summaries. 1 credit = 10,000 returned tokens, metered on actual usage (tiktoken cl100k_base), never rounded up to a whole credit.
- Not billed: titles, your questions, URLs, protocol fields, internal retrieval, answers generated by your client, and failed, timed-out or empty results.
- Each call returns at most 20 sources and 200,000 tokens; when a limit is reached you get a clear notice — no automatic splitting, no surprise charges.
| Package | Credits | Price | Validity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | 400 | ¥169 | 30 days, no auto-renewal |
| Standard | 1,300 | ¥299 | 30 days, no auto-renewal |
| Pro | 3,000 | ¥499 | 30 days, no auto-renewal |
Credits are bought on the Chinese MCP page (WeChat Pay); balances, usage history and orders are shown there after login. MCP credits are separate from website reading memberships.
