Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals (Christopher Anzalone, PhD, CEO; James Hamilton,

MD, CMO, Head of R&D): (1) On the new interim Ph1/2a data for ARO-DIMER-PA,

mgt. discussed positive data announced this morning (note here), providing the first

clinical proof-of-concept for its RNAi dimer platform with robust dual PCSK9/

APOC3 knockdown. Mgt. highlighted robust PCSK9 (72%) and APOC3 (88%)

knockdown as well as ApoB reductions of ~50%, with the latter slightly better than

PCSK9i in a similar population, thus suggestive of an additive effect from APOC3

targeting, while LDL-C reductions (54%) were at least as good as PCSK9i, and TG

reductions ( 73%) were similar to plozasiran. Mgt. sees a ~20M patient US mixed

hyperlipidemia opportunity and believes the indication could initially be addressed

through a biomarker-based registrational pathway. (2) On DIMER-PA next steps,

mgt. is confident in at least quarterly dosing with potential for Q6M and plans to

amend the ongoing study with a multi-dose portion evaluating ~2-3 doses over 1yr

before moving into Ph3 with LDL-C as the primary endpoint. Mgt. is also developing

additional dimers across CV and metabolic disease, including INHBE/ALK7

combinations, with additional programs expected to be disclosed in 2027. (3) On
