Blackstone has sold an industrial park near Sacramento, California, to Blue
Rise Ventures and DRA Advisors for around $245 million, CoStar reported.
The industrial park consists of 28 warehouse buildings totaling 1.9 million sf.

Burton Property Group and Peaceable Street Capital have acquired the 389,471
sf Vestavia Hills City Center near Birmingham, Alabama, from KPR Centers
for $76 million ($190/sf), as reported by CoStar. The seven-building retail site
comprises three phases originally constructed between 1954 and 2003, with
substantial renovations recently completed by the seller. The center was 94%

Developer El-Ad National Properties has acquired an oceanfront hotel in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, from an entity tied to Rachel Levy and Michael Man for
$60 million, as reported by Commercial Observer. The 99-room Sea Club

KHP Capital Partners has sold a five-story hotel in West Hollywood,
California, to APA Group for $63 million ($600K/room), The Real Deal

Law firm Greenberg Traurig has leased 25,000 sf of office space in West Palm
Beach, Florida, from landlord Related Ross, as reported by Commercial
Observer. The lease term is for ten years with the move-in scheduled for fall

C6 Industrial, the joint venture between Clipstone Investment Management
and Sixth Street, has expanded its London and South East multi-let industrial
portfolio with the acquisition of six estates in Edmonton, Hounslow, Bedford,
Aylesbury, Crawley and Chelmsford for around £80 million, taking the
platform to 41 estates, 2 million sf and 204 tenants, CoStar reported.
