Self-storage: incrementally positive. Only 4% of interns pay for self-storage, industries or transactions.
similar to last year, with 76% saying they have enough space at home, up from 69%
last year. A preference for experiences over goods eased to 49% (from 59%), and
fewer expect to own less stuff in five years (22%, down from 28%) – both findings
being marginally less negative for storage demand than last year.
Data centres: AI taking off. 65% use cloud storage, but 42% don't know where their
data sits (both unchanged year on year).
