DASH: We nudge up Q2 GOV expectations slightly to $33.3B (implying solid ~24% Y/Y

think it’s probably a quarter too early to get clear commentary on 2027 EBITDA, but the

Q3 guide can at least give us a sense of the exit rate on margins, while absorbing rising

tech re-platforming costs (update on progress can help). We anticipate $984M in 3Q26

Adj. EBITDA as the additional tech costs are offset by compounding GOV and improving

unit economics across International and Grocery & Retail. The risk from UBER x DHER and

interest in markets being sold to SSW are debates, but we don’t expect direct commentary.
