ANA wants to create tariff regulation models for drainage and waste
The regulatory agenda of ANA (National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency) for 2027
and 2028 may provide for new NRs (Reference Standards) that will establish
guidelines for tariff regulation models for drainage and solid waste services. The
document that will be under consultation for 45 days provides rules on: 1)
regulatory guidelines for the subdelegations of the provision of water and sanitary
sewage services and the provision of urban solid waste management services; 2)
criteria for regulatory accounting for urban solid waste services; 3) eligibility
