Industry Upside Risks

Improving macro backdrop. The IT Distribution market is highly correlated to IT

spending and Global GDP growth. A better-than-expected rebound in the macro backdrop

could drive higher demand or positively impact the ability to meet demand for certain IT

products and services, which may boost Ingram Micro’s ability to drive revenue and

earnings growth, driving upside to our financial forecasts and price target.

Industry Downside Risks

Higher competition from a fragmented landscape relative to expectations. The IT

Channel is a highly fragmented market with many competitors, including large ones with

significant resources, such as VARs, like CDW, Distributors, like TD Synnex, as well as

OEMs, like Dell. Increased competition arising from industry consolidation or low demand

for certain IT products and services, which may hinder Ingram Micro’s ability to drive

revenue and earnings growth, could impact our financial forecasts and price target.

Company Upside Risks

Potential acquisitions drive synergies and top-line growth. Ingram Micro has a track

record of acquiring companies to enhance its position in the IT Distribution market, and we

expect the company to continue to acquire as part of its strategy. Revenue synergies and

top-line growth following closure of an acquisition could positively impact financial results

as well as the share price.

Company Downside Risks

Change in relationships with large partners and customers. Ingram Micro’s top

partners, including HP Inc. and Apple, and top customers, including VARs, like CDW and
