guidance, management raised 2026 NFFO/share to $1.62–1.66 from $1.59–1.65,
a ~$0.02 midpoint increase. With respect to the puts and takes, the biggest
operational driver was a higher 2026 cash SS NOI outlook, which increased to
4.25–5.00% from 3.75–4.75%. Management also adjusted its capital recycling
