franchise stabilization likely requires greater external share capture as internal conversion becomes a less meaningful driver.
Dupixent setup improves despite some lower-quality upside – Dupixent growth was largely demand-driven, although a
favorable US gross-to-net adjustment supported the quarter and is not expected to recur in 2H26. The Sanofi Development
Balance was fully repaid after reducing collaboration revenue by $530M in 1H26, allowing Regeneron to record its full profit
share from 3Q26. This reinforces our prior view that Dupixent remains Regeneron’s principal earnings-growth engine.
Sanofi discussions offer optionality, with structure unresolved – The strategic rationale appears strongest for Dupixent
lifecycle programs, where inclusion in the alliance would leverage existing development, commercial and contracting
infrastructure. Both parties appear aligned on a coordinated lifecycle strategy, but the original agreement dates back nearly 2
decades ago and any revision must reflect Regeneron’s expanded capabilities. Scope, governance and economics remain
unresolved; hence, we assign no incremental value today.
Complement now carries the near-term pipeline debate – Cemdisiran’s November 2026 gMG decision is the next major
regulatory event, although vaccination requirements and label differentiation remain subject to FDA negotiation. PNH
registrational data follow in 4Q26 from a noninferiority study with co-primary endpoints of intravascular hemolysis control
