In Brief: Energy markets open in neutral territory following yet another night of US strikes and yet another suspension of

loadings at the CPC terminal. On the former, the US reportedly hit “dozens” of military targets in an attack described by the WSJ

as “wider in scope” than previous attacks but falling short of a return to major combat operations. Attacks on energy assets are

broadening, however.
