ould help to
bolster performance, in our minds; and, with peak ship-hold disruption behind it, IART's compliance
foundation is materially firmer than it was a year ago, which removes a key source of downside
variance. On the balance sheet, we think the heaviest cash outflows (namely the 2025 inventory
build) are entering a period of normalization, and a debt stack that skews fixed (via hedges) makes
the forward FCF and deleveraging path more predictable. This said, we're in "wait-and-see mode."
EVIDENCE IART’s outlook is supported by leading positions in structurally MSD-growth end markets and
sustained R&D investment (~5.3% of sales over the last five years). The company is also operating
from a much stronger foundation than a year ago, having progressed through its CMP ahead of
schedule, resumed production at Braintree earlier than expected, and avoided any new ship holds
through 1Q26. With Street expectations remaining conservative (~0.5% organic growth in 2Q26),
we think the projected acceleration into FY27-FY28 is reasonable. Meanwhile, inventory-related cash
headwinds are easing, supporting FCF recovery, while IART’s largely fixed-rate debt profile limits
interest-rate sensitivity and should facilitate continued deleveraging.
WHAT´S PRICED IN? Our reverse DCF implies the market is pricing in ~3% sales CAGR from 2025 through 2030, which is
in line with us at approx. 3%. At today's price, shares roughly reflect what we view as reasonable
growth, and we see few near-term catalysts to drive the stock up or down. Please
