According to the prospectus, ICBC, CCB, ABC, BOC and BOCOM all participated +852-2971 6066
through their AIC arms, with CCB, ABC and ICBC among the larger holders as of June
27, 2026. Based on CXMT’s first-day closing price of Rmb49.00 per share, the banks’
holdings were roughly valued at Rmb132.3 billion. Separately, 29 wealth-management
products from five bank wealth subsidiaries, including MSB, BONB, IB, BONJ and PSBC,
