came in modestly above Street expectations. Q2 growth was driven by broad-based Semiconductors & Semiconductor

Capital Equipment / IT Hardwareimprovements across all of the company’s end-markets — all of which posted

positive Q/Q growth and accelerated on a Y/Y basis (ex-Mobile, which fell -10% Harlan Sur AC
