patients.

• On safety. EyePoint continues to be very comfortable on the safety profile. EyePoint last

saw the masked safety data from both trials in May; at that point, all of the active patients

in the treatment arm had received their second Duravyu at Week 32 and over 35% had also

received their third planned dose at Week 56; mgmt emphasized that most ocular AEs /

SAEs occur around the time of injection, making the post-second-dose safety look

important because the second Duravyu injection is the last one before the primary

endpoint.
