Price Performance Summary Investment Thesis and Valuation
We remain Neutral. In our opinion, GSHD is differentiated
from other public brokers because it operates at stable margins
despite growing organically well above peers, its franchising
channel is less capital-intensive than traditional M&A and
diversifies its operational risk, and its business model has natural
revenue and margin leverage. Also, even if the personal lines
insurance market is mature and slow growing, we feel that
GSHD has meaningful runway for growth, helped in part by its
new initiatives (digital agent, institutional partnerships, helping
franchises recruit). However, we believe initiatives to re-
YTD 1m 3m 12m accelerate growth (corporate channel expansion, technology
