• R2000 CrossCountry Mortgage (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Two Harbors Investment Corp for cash. In the transaction, each share of Two Harbors Investment Corp will be exchanged for $12.00 in cash.
The merger was approved at Two Harbors Investment Corp's shareholder meeting on July 2, 2026. Two Harbors Investment Corp will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
