contributing in 2027 and become an incremental driver of revenue growth and margin expansion over time.

Cost savings – Cost Savings: Verizon remains on track to achieve its $5 billion cost-efficiency program in 2026 and broader

$9 billion savings target. Management expects savings to accelerate through the second half, exiting 2026 at a run-rate

above $5 billion, supporting continued margin expansion into 2027. The company also noted that Frontier synergies should

become a more meaningful contributor in 2027 financial performance.

Satellite - On satellite, Verizon views LEO constellations as primarily a rural-market solution, while terrestrial networks

remain significantly better positioned to serve urban and suburban customers. Hence, management views satellite as

complementary rather than a material competitive threat and also highlighted that there’s no “backdoor" into Verizon's

MVNO relationships. Verizon also indicated that it has no intention of extending an MVNO arrangement to LEO satellite

providers.

Value proposition and competition - Management views Simplicity, Verizon One, and the loyalty program as key drivers of

lower churn, improved customer economics, and sustainable subscriber growth. Verizon indicated that early adoption metrics

have exceeded expectations, with gross additions roughly 16% ahead of plan and new account growth approximately 31%

above. Management also noted that Simplicity has been ARPA-accretive and largely subsidy-free.
