that the energy market can still be competitive and remain confident in its ability to

ChatGPT traffic remains limited – Management stated that MONY is still seeing
“very limited traffic" coming through LLMs with volumes “nowhere near the scale
of using AI on existing journeys.” The company has now expanded its ChatGPT
proposition across the SuperSaveClub product set, whilst continuing to generate
more tangible benefits through MONY's AI-enabled journey enhancements such
as Price Optimiser (now helping >200k customers save ~£25 on average). MONY
also disclosed that it is an early participant in ChatGPT advertising trials, noting
OpenAI is currently working with a limited number of UK companies. While
management are monitoring how this evolves, they stressed that meaningful
traffic or monetisation benefits from ChatGPT have yet to emerge.

notably around the accelerated cadence of product delivery/enhancements, AI
driven cost efficiencies, continued progress within SuperSaveClub with improving
economics, and increasing evidence that the group's multi-year technology and
data investments are beginning to translate into tangible customer propositions/
