First Take: DPU still on a downtrend Price (23 Jul 26):S$1.93
Price Target (Jun-27):S$1.85
Our First Take: 1QFY27 results were broadly in line with our and street
expectations. 1Q27 DPU came in at 3.11 Scts, down 4.9% YoY but up 0.6% QoQ.
The main YoY drags were the absence of income from prior Singapore
divestments, North America lease non-renewals and FX headwinds. The QoQ
improvement was due to higher Singapore contribution from new and renewal
leases as well as lower property maintenance costs.
