• R2000 Cross Country Healthcare Inc (CCRN; R2, R25, RS, V, DY): Knox Lane (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Cross Country Healthcare for cash. In the transaction, each share of Cross Country

Healthcare will be exchanged for $13.25 in cash. The merger was approved at Cross Country Healthcare’s shareholder meeting on July 16, 2026. Cross Country Healthcare will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon

completion of the merger.

• R2000 Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (TMHC; R2, R25, RS, V, DF): Berkshire Hathaway Inc (BRK; FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Taylor Morrison Home Corporation for cash. In the transaction, each share of Taylor

Morrison Home Corporation will be exchanged for $72.50 in cash. The merger is pending Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s shareholder meeting on July 22, 2026. Taylor Morrison Home Corporation will be removed from

the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.

• SP400 Berkshire Hathaway Inc (XNYS: BRK.A/BRK.B) is to acquire Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (XNYS: TMHC) for $72.50 USD cash per share. The transaction is expected to close July 24. If TMHC suspends prior to the removal

SP600 date, SPDJI will remove TMHC at the last trade primary exchange price or the deal price, whichever is lower. S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Krystal Biotech Inc. (NASD: KRYS) will replace Taylor Morrison Home Corp.

(NYSE: TMHC) in the S&P MidCap 400, and Tutor Perini Corp. (NYSE: TPC) will replace Krystal Biotech in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Friday, July 24.
