Company Description

Pandox is a real estate company headquartered in Sweden and specialising in hotels. Its

portfolio consists of 193 properties and c43k rooms (including 31 Dalata hotels), mainly in the

upper mid-scale segment. The company operates in 11 countries in northern and western

Europe. Pandox leases out properties to hotel operators and also has its own hotel operations.
