beginning to ease. However, April and May softness was widespread across

geographies, leading management to conclude that consumption weakness was

driven more by broad consumer pressures than localized market dynamics,

commuting patterns.

Beer Price/Mix Expected Toward the Low End of the Target Range:

Following affordability investments and pricing actions in select high-end light

beer offerings, management acknowledged that beer price/mix remains under

pressure. First quarter results reflected a slight drag from mix, and while the

company is beginning to anniversary certain price investments, management

expects full normalization will take time as it moves through the fiscal year. As a

result, management indicated that beer price/mix is likely to trend toward the low

end of its previously communicated range.

Distributor Inventories Remain Healthy: Management acknowledge

shipments came in ahead of depletions during the first quarter but emphasized

that distributor inventories remain appropriately positioned as the company moves

through the key summer selling season. The company stressed that it did not

materially build inventory ahead of the world cup and instead aligned shipments

with customer demand patterns. Looking ahead, management expects shipments

and depletions to largely converge by fiscal year-end, consistent with historical

norms, although the exact quarterly cadence could vary.

Occasion-Based Consumption: Management noted that younger consumers
