approximately 540 are currently operational (not necessarily active). The hospital

maintains a strong focus on specialised care, supported by 12 centres of

excellence, and benefits from premium positioning within the Riyadh market.

Nakheel's growth trajectory is increasingly driven by case mix optimisation and

pricing rather than incremental volume expansion.

Dallah Namar Hospital, opened in 2018 in the southwestern region of Riyadh,

represents a key growth asset within the portfolio. The hospital currently operates

300 beds and 150 clinics, with the potential to expand to 400 beds and 200 clinics

(expected over the next 2-3 years). Namar offers a broad range of services,

including mental health, addiction treatment and renal dialysis, and continues to

see strong growth driven by rising patient volumes, particularly within outpatient

services. Its relatively lower maturity and available latent capacity position it as a

key contributor to near-term organic growth.

Through its stake in Care Shield Holding Company, Dallah also has exposure to

Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics, a 180-bed facility in Riyadh offering a

range of specialised medical services, including paediatrics, internal medicine,

obstetrics and gynaecology, alongside rehabilitation and pain management

services. While smaller in scale relative to Nakheel and Namar, this asset

contributes to the group’s diversified service offering within the capital.

Outside Riyadh, Makkah Medical Center provides Dallah with a presence in the

Western region, operating a 134-bed facility with approximately 40 clinics. The

hospital is positioned as a key private healthcare provider in Makkah, benefiting
