4.1% 2010-2019 average. Sequentially, 2026 IT budget growth expectations have

improved for Communications (+2.6%, +35 bps QoQ) and Hardware (+1.6%, +12 bps

QoQ), while those for Software budgets have remained stable (+4.1%).
