New private home sales for June 2026 came in at 156 units (excluding EC), down Associate
65% m-o-m, with no new launches during the month. On a YoY basis, Jan – June Bangalore
primary transactions are still down 10%, reflecting softer launches and representing 49%

Private property price index increased 0.5% QoQ in 2Q26, moderating from the 0.9%
increase registered in 1Q26, according to URA flash estimates. By region, prices of non-
landed private residential changed by +2.0%/-1.4%/-0.2% in the CCR/RCR/OCR,
respectively, with CCR prices remaining strong despite no new launches this month.
