UBS Evidence Lab US Active Job Listings Declines

According to the UBS Evidence Lab US Job Listings Monitor (> Access Dataset), which

tracks job openings across 50,000 US companies, total active job listings were -4% in

the week ending 7/4, down from -1% in the prior week. The rolling 4-week average

decline was flat yoy, down from +1% in the previous week.

Comfort Systems Investor Meetings Takeaways

Last week we published our takeaways from investor meetings with Comfort Systems

(FIX). Overall, management remained broadly optimistic regarding the demand and

margin backdrops, fueled by a continued supply-demand imbalance for construction

labor in favor of FIX. We continue to like the medium-to-longer-term setup, though note
