Route Mobile said Heltar’s platform supports chatbot and automation workflows across

WhatsApp and RCS and includes a no-code, prompt-driven approach. The company said

the platform is also extending into voice, including WhatsApp Business Calling and

traditional channels, and includes AI-driven analytics to measure and optimise

communication performance. Route Mobile said the deal will transfer the identified

business as a going concern, including the Heltar brand and IP, technology platform,

customers and employees, who will transition to Route Connect. Route Mobile said the

transaction will be funded from available cash and is expected to close in the coming

weeks, subject to customary closing conditions. The company said Heltar’s founding team

Brightspeed – Raises top business fibre tier to 8Gbps

Brightspeed is introducing an 8Gbps top speed option for business customers on its FTTP

network, up from 5Gbps. The company said the higher tier is intended to support online

business needs including cloud applications, video conferencing, AI workloads and large

data transfers. Brightspeed Business said its Business Fiber plans range from 200Mbps to

8Gbps and that its fibre network is available to more than 3m premises. Brightspeed also

offers Premium Fiber, a dedicated service with guaranteed bandwidth, proactive monitoring
