Current financial profile

FY27 is expected to be an investment year, with elevated spending in IRAD,

SG&A, and capital projects pressuring near-term margins.

Since FY24, approximately $283mn of Capex has been deployed:

74% production, facilities, and capacity expansion

13% IT infrastructure

13% maintenance

Free cash flow will be negative in FY27 but turns positive in FY28 and improves

progressively through FY30.

M&A remains focused on capability enhancement rather than achieving FY30

growth targets.

Operational execution, capacity, and investment

Execution with excellence, including capacity expansion, supply chain resiliency,

domestic / allied sourcing, and balanced IRAD spending across new and existing

platforms.

92% dual-sourced parts, 98% domestically or allied-produced UAV

components.

Manufacturing investment is expected to peak in FY27, including $65mn of

facilities Capex and $130mn of capacity Capex, with investment directed toward

strike, multi-mission ISR, and counter-UAS production scale-up.

Capacity investment by segment includes ~$60mn for up to ~$2bn of strike

capacity, ~$50mn for up to ~$1bn of multi-mission ISR capacity, and ~$20mn for

up to ~$1bn of counter-UAS capacity.

Capex is expected to normalize to ~5-6% of revenue after FY27, while

management expects working-capital improvements and a shorter cash-
