The EU has concluded its anti-dumping investigation into passenger car and light truck Nora Min

tyres originating in China. Most Chinese tyre producers including Linglong Tyre are Analyst

manufacturers. Anti-dumping duties directly raise landed costs of Chinese tyres, forcing

Chinese tyre exporters to either raise product prices or absorb tariff costs, and therefore

erode the price competitiveness of and demand for Chinese tyres, and weigh on the

margins of Chinese tyre manufacturers. However, companies with diversified production

footprints and the ability to reroute supply from overseas plants should be relatively

more resilient. Based on our communications with companies, Chinese tyre

manufacturers, such as Linglong and Sailun, have already proactively shifted European
