Bristow Overview. Bristow Group is a Houston-based global leader in vertical flight solutions,

providing mission-critical helicopter transportation, search and rescue, and government aviation

services across key offshore energy and public-sector markets. The company operates one of

the world’s largest and most diversified helicopter fleets, serving blue-chip energy customers,

national governments, and commercial operators across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia-

Pacific. Bristow is positioned to benefit from continued offshore energy activity, fleet modernization

initiatives, and emerging opportunities in advanced air mobility through strategic partnerships and

next-generation aircraft integration.

Returns Drive Portfolio Mix. Bradshaw highlighted how Bristow allows financial returns to drive

the evolution of the portfolio. He noted that in the company's extensive history, it has operated in

a plethora of aviation markets, but today concentrates on markets where it sees the best return
