• 3i Infrastructure (3iN, Overweight) – Performance update – 3iN has today reported

a performance update for the period 1/4/26 to 30/6/26, the first quarter of its financial year,

even though 3iN does not publish a 30/6/26 NAV. The key points are as follows:

• Portfolio performing well: 3iN’s portfolio is performing well overall, with most

companies trading in line with or ahead of expectations. Companies called out include

Infinis (14% of NAV), which has 274MW of new solar capacity under construction and

has added 230MW of consented solar capacity to its pipeline. Tampnet (11% of NAV) has

been awarded new connectivity contracts for two deepwater developments in the Gulf of

Mexico and is making good progress expanding into new geographies. New CEOs have

been onboarded at SRL (4% of NAV) and Ionisos (9% of NAV).

• TCR completed: As recently announced, 3iN received proceeds of €1.1m on 17/6/26

(3.5x MOIC, 19% gross IRR), which was used to repay the RCF.

• Lefdal Mine Datacentre (LMD) on track to complete with 3i now managing 90%,

with control over exit timing: 3iN remains on track to complete the €300m investment

in LMD in the summer (we assume completion on 30/9/26). 3i has today announced that

it has agreed to acquire a further 23% from a minority investor, to be funded by third party

co-investors. The price agreed is in line with the terms previously announced, but it means

3iN benefits from its investment manager having 90% overall and full control over exit
