capacity constraints, tariffs, sanctions, embargoes, counterfeit parts, quality issues, or shortages
of long-lead-time items could delay production, impair delivery performance, or increase costs.
Fixed-price contracts and government contracting structures may limit the company’s ability to
pass through inflation, while aerospace certification requirements can slow supplier substitution,
heightening margin and execution risk.
