Elite II Emergency Autoland FAA Certification Completes Promised Scope. FAA certification of

Emergency Autoland marks the final of three major Elite II differentiators alongside ground spoiler and

auto throttle, completing 100% of the scope promised to Elite II customers, with retrofits being worked

through for customers who took delivery prior to certification. Separately, APMG-S was certified around

December, allowing Classic HondaJet and APMG HondaJet customers to step up to Elite S-level

technology, consistent with Honda Aircraft's philosophy of carrying technology backward to protect

customer residual value.

Elite II Deliveries Targeted At 26-30 Units/Yr Under Quality-Over-Quantity Philosophy. Elite II

deliveries are targeted at 26-30 units in 2025 and 2026, with last year's production at ~half that level

due to supply chain challenges at one or two Tier 1 suppliers. The strategy is focused on quality over

quantity rather than mass-scale production, with Echelon program setup also factored into near-term

volume decisions.

Demand Remains Resilient Post-Pandemic Supported By HNW Growth And Pre-Owned Activity.

Business jet activity has remained above pre-pandemic levels supported by sustained appreciation

for the efficiency, point-to-point nature, and time-protection benefits of private travel, alongside

continued growth in HNW and UHNW populations supporting fleet expansion. Longer new aircraft lead

times have also boosted pre-owned demand, where Honda operates a certified pre-owned business,

supporting aftermarket / MRO activity through higher asset utilization across the existing fleet.
