reports is the highest quantum volume in the industry. Quantinuum has also

been selected to advance to Stage B of DARPA’s Quantum Benchmarking

Initiative, and is a recipient of a ~$100M U.S. government grant not awarded

to many quantum developers.

• Full-stack platform with building commercial momentum. Quantinuum

sells hardware (H-Series and Helios), a developer platform (Nexus, TKET,

Guppy—software, algos, application layer) and applications (InQuanto,

Quantum Origin) across cloud, on-prem and software/services—one of the

few quantum players able to both create and capture value across the stack.

Commercial traction is evident and broadening: a diversified ~$5.2B bottom-

up pipeline (~70 customers across enterprise, academic and government),

~90% of 2026E revenue under signed backlog, and marquee programs with

JPMorgan, BMW, Airbus, Amgen and sovereign partners in Qatar, Singapore

and Japan.
